Novice Scent Work
Registration for Session 2 (March 2026) Novice Scent Work class Opens February 27th after 2pm
In this class, we will build upon the skills learned in our Scent Work Foundation class and help you and your dog acquire a better understanding of scent detection. Dogs will be introduced to and become proficient in all elements of AKC Novice Scent Work including container, buried, interior and exterior.
- Admission Criteria: Completion of our Scent Work Foundation class or with instructor approval. Dogs should be introduced to and alerting on birch. Dogs with AKC Novice Scent Work titles are not eligible.
